Hummm? The book? Its called A Scanner Darkly. One of Philip K. Dick’s creepier works. Unlike say Ubik which pushes you off a suddenly flat earth and laughs as you fall screaming, A Scanner Darkly is more like slowly waking up to the fact that you have aphids burrowing under your skin and into your brain . . . kind of like working in the blogosphere.

Don’t worry. There are no aphids here.

I killed them all.

Honest.
